Position Summary:
The Digital Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. In this role, you'll manage both paid and organic marketing initiatives, develop creative content strategies, and provide detailed performance analysis to guide business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all digital efforts align with our overarching business goals and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Management: Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing strategies, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and manage marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Quora, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Paid Ads Strategy: Plan, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns, monitoring budgets, and maximizing ROI.
- SEO & Analytics: Utilize SEO tools to optimize website content and track results.
- Social Media Management: Curate and manage engaging content for our social media channels, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and analyze key metrics.
Core Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven ability to develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid and organic strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs for tracking, analysis, and optimization of campaign performance.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid platforms.
- Skilled in budget allocation, bid management, A/B testing, and ROI optimization.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and SEO plugins to boost organic traffic.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional teams, and meet tight deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
