Position Summary:
We’re seeking proactive Lead Generation Specialists to fuel Pixmatech’s growth engine. In this role, you’ll uncover and engage high-potential prospects across B2B and B2C channels, drive outreach campaigns, and optimize conversion paths to turn cold contacts into qualified opportunities for our web, app, and digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt and qualify new leads through research, social platforms (LinkedIn/Facebook).
- Develop and execute multi-touch outreach sequences (cold calls, personalized emails, social messages).
- Maintain a dynamic CRM pipeline—log activities, track lead status, and forecast weekly conversion targets.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and craft compelling value propositions.
- Act as a conversion specialist: analyze response data, refine scripts, and optimize email templates to lift open and reply rates.
- Build rapport with prospects, schedule discovery calls, and hand off hot leads to Account Executives with detailed briefs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging verticals to inform targeting and outreach strategies.
Core Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years’ hands-on experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development—preferably in a tech or agency environment
- Excellent cold-calling and objection-handling skills; comfortable speaking with C-suite and mid-level stakeholders
- Proficiency with CRM and outreach automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach.io)
- Skilled at analyzing open rates, call connect rates, and conversion metrics to continuously improve performance
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills to juggle high-volume outreach with personalized follow-ups
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead-generation KPIs
- A “hunter” attitude with resilience to follow up persistently and pivot scripts based on feedback
