Position Summary:

The Strategic Account Executive at Pixmatech is a client-focused role responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of strategic client accounts. You will manage leads, onboard clients, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand and execute client needs. Communication is key: you’ll serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded through tailored, strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Manage incoming leads by qualifying and nurturing prospects through the onboarding process.
  • LinkedIn Campaign: Oversee LinkedIn outreach campaigns to grow our client network and enhance brand visibility.
  • Client Onboarding: Coordinate a seamless onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand our products and services.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, maintaining proactive and clear communication while building trust-based relationships.

  • Collaborative Execution: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing) to translate client needs into actionable strategies and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Revenue Growth & Opportunity Management: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue growth.
  • Reporting & Strategic Analysis: Prepare and present regular performance reports using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Core Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, client success, or lead management roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Solid understanding of client onboarding processes and experience in executing tailored account plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years in account management, sales, or client success roles, preferably within the IT industry.
